The English simple past (Simple Past)
It is a tense used to express actions that occurred in the past.
Two types of past simple: regular or irregular. To form the past tense of regular verbs we need to add the suffix 'ed' to the infinitive. To form the past simple of irregular verbs do not follow any rules.

You drank | Tú bebiste |
He/She drank | Él/Ella bebió |
We drank | Nosotros bebimos |
You drank | Vosotros bebísteis |
They drank | Ellos/Ellas bebieron |
